North Iowa Author's Event

My first author’s event was April 18, 2015 at the Best Western in Clear Lake, Iowa hosted by BF Bookies. I had a good time, but I felt very lonely since none of my supporters were unable to attend with me. I did go to the ‘Meet and Greet’ the day prior at Bennigan’s Restaurant, and there was a great turn out the next day of those who love to read books. I met a lot of wonderful authors and I was thrilled to sell five books at the event. This has gotten me very excited to do more book signings, even if I have to go alone. It was well worth it.
